Our counselling approach with children is down-to-earth, non-judgmental and accepting. We use a variety of different evidence based counselling interventions with children, including Play Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Breathing Training and Relaxation Strategies.
We do also offer parent feedback sessions to give you better insight into how to best support your child at home and at school.
