Our policies & procedures regarding COVID-19

Making mental health support available and accessible during the COVID-19 outbreak is very important to us.

Kerry is currently working from home and offering online therapy Telehealth counselling for ALL her clients. Kerry will be transitioning back to face-to-face sessions on 10th June 2020.

Luke is offering face-to-face sessions at our usual site at Camberwell, as well as the option to do online therapy Telehealth (Telephone or Video) sessions for any clients who request this.

Stephanie is offering Telehealth consultations only.

Extra hygiene and safety measures have been taken out, including:

  • Hand sanitisation upon entry (hand washing facilities are also available)
  • Regular wiping down of all surfaces (door knobs, handrails, surfaces, including ipads and terminals for payments)
  • If you have any flu-like symptoms or come into contact with anyone who is unwell, we kindly ask you to request a Telehealth appointment with your psychologist instead. Please give us at least 24-48 hours notice to allow for the extra administrative time required for this.

It has been our pleasure to be able to support you via Telehealth during the COVID-19 crisis and we look forward to welcoming you back into our counselling room soon!
