We offer a brief phone intake with each new client. This is to get a better idea of your support needs, whether we will be a good fit for you and how to customise your counselling experience and to enable the best outcome for you.

Everybody is different, so every treatment plan created has a unique approach. We take into account your individual reasons for attending counselling, your life situation and circumstances.
