Our policies & procedures regarding COVID-19

Making mental health support available and accessible during the COVID-19 outbreak is very important to us.

Please note: Due to a chronic health condition (asthma), Kerry is now working from home and offering bulk-billed COVID-19 online therapy Telehealth counselling for ALL her clients with a valid Mental Health care Plan (zero out-of-pocket fees).

Luke will be continuing to offer face-to-face sessions at our usual site at Camberwell, as well as the option to do online therapy Telehealth (Telephone or Video) sessions for any clients who request this.

Extra hygiene and precautionary measures have been taken out, including:

  • The door to the building will be locked. Please wait downstairs and your psychologist will come down to let you in at the time of your appointment.
  • Hand sanitisation upon entry
  • Regular wiping down of all surfaces (door knobs, handrails, surfaces, including ipads and terminals for payments)
  • Hand washing facilities
  • Due to room dimension restrictions, no more than 3 people (maximum) will be allowed to enter the consulting room at one time.

If you (or we) experience any symptoms of illness we will adhere to and follow the instructions of the Chief Health Officer and self-isolate.
