Making mental health support available and accessible during the COVID-19 outbreak is very important to us.

For clients attending in-person appointments, we kindly request that you please let us know as soon as possible if you are experiencing any flu-like symptoms or if you have been in contact with any confirmed positive cases of COVID-19. Telehealth consultations continue to be available to you if you need to self-isolate or quarantine.

Please be aware that new regulation mandates that everyone visiting the building where we consult from (The Health and Wellbeing Studio) for more than 15 minutes requires check-in via the QR system.

Please contact us to discuss your individual support needs and to book in with a psychologist who is best suited to helping you.
